ABOUT HIM :

Mr. Subhash T. Mahadik started his practice as an advocate in the year 1975; during the course of practice he had proven his ability to represent the clients in complex and challenging environments. In the year 1980 due to his zeal and fidelity was appointed as a Civil Judge Junior Division (CJJD) and Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) and furthermore he was promoted as Civil Judge Senior Division (CJSD) and Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) in the year 1989. He performed his duty with utmost sincerity and so was promoted as an Additional District and Sessions Judge in the year 1998.

Mr. Subhash T. Mahadik is an accomplished legal professional who has successfully managed with utmost consistency to do justice with each and every case he adjudged during his tenure as an honored adjudicator. With his solid interpersonal skills has meticulously did case preparations and have effectively conducted court proceedings with extreme discipline.

Mr. Mahadik during his long tenure of more than four decades has dealt with diversified clients and individuals. He is a distinguished personality with highly organized & dedicated positive attitude, he has very effectively been able to set effective priorities and handle multiple assignments under high pressure within tight deadlines.

It is worth mentioning that his tenure as a judge is really noteworthy. In his entire tenure no adverse remark was made in the Annual Confidential Report maintained by Hon’ble High Court.  Because of his remarkable judicial work, he was selected as Presiding Officer in the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Ahmadabad in the year 2004 by the committee headed by the Judge of the Honorable Supreme Court.  He has decided about 3000 cases during his tenure of five years as Presiding Officer. He was also Judicial member of Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal for One and Half Years in 2012-2013.
